Job summary

JLL is seeking a procurement professional to support Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal teams. You will deliver market intelligence, lead field resources for strategic initiatives, and ensure compliance with sourcing policies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of sourcing experience, and strong communication. Expect responsibility across multi-site accounts with regional and national programs, and opportunities for diversity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills, organization, and analytical ability.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment.
• Excellent communication skills—oral and written.
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college/university preferred.
• 3+ years strategic sourcing or related experience.
• Project management and business transitions experience preferred.
• Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide support of Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies.
• Deliver market, supplier and operational intelligence of services operations; identify and lead field resources to execute strategic initiatives.
• Support the client FM account teams and participate with clients and JLL teams to drive benefits for the client.
• Perform market trend analysis, report findings to Supply Chain and stakeholders in client-ready form.
• Ensure compliance with JLL sourcing, contracting policies, risk management, and ethics.
• Support development of diversity programs and mentor suppliers.
