Job summary

Phillips Corporation is seeking a strategic sourcing professional to master the service sourcing ecosystem for a mission-critical facility. You will lead a sophisticated sourcing strategy, optimize pricing and delivery with key vendors, and ensure industry-leading customer satisfaction while aligning procurement with FAR requirements and regulatory compliance.

You will manage CRM workflows, purchase orders, and maintenance of contract data, while liaising with subcontractors and internal teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing and sourcing experience in industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Military or government experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of US government procurement operations, including FAR/GSAR.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel) and ERP experience (D365).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategic sourcing strategies for key vendors.
• Coordinate purchasing, contracts, and subcontractor liaison for onsite work.
• Ensure FAR compliance and proper contract data reporting.
• Forecast resource needs and manage delivery schedules.
