Job summary

Phillips Corporation is seeking a strategic procurement professional to lead sourcing for mission-critical operations at our Maine facility. You will craft and execute strategic sourcing plans, optimize pricing and delivery, and ensure compliance with FAR guidelines across vendor relationships.

As a liaison for subcontractors, you’ll oversee purchase orders, statements of work, and change orders while maintaining project schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing and sourcing experience
• Military or government experience is a plus
• Knowledge of US government procurement operations including FAR/GSAR
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and ERP systems
• Budgeting, cost accounting and financial analysis skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sourcing strategy for mission-critical environments
• Negotiate pricing and delivery terms with key vendors to optimize value
• Manage purchase orders, CRM workflows and supplier performance
• Coordinate onsite assessments, preventative maintenance and repairs with subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with FAR and other regulations across procurement activities
