You will align supplier quotations, ensure complete cost-breakdowns, and support service scheduling with exemplary supply-chain rigor.

The role emphasizes cross-functional communication with program managers, regulatory compliance, and comprehensive sourcing documentation to sustain high-performance maintenance

Qualifications

• 5 years of parts sourcing experience in machinery or automotive environments.
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge is a plus.
• Strong internet research skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with D365 software is a plus.
• U.S. citizenship required due to customer requirements.

Responsabilités

• Identify and localize critical machinery components across manufacturers, models, and vintages.
• Negotiate favorable pricing with a global supplier base.
• Secure 100% complete quotations and conduct cost-breakdown analyses.
• Optimize inventory to reduce overhead and improve spending efficiency.
• Educate internal stakeholders and customers on product requirements and repair needs.
• Maintain real-time information flow with program managers and service coordinators via CRM.
