Job summary
Phillips Corporation seeks a strategic sourcing professional to optimize procurement for a mission-critical environment. You will master the sourcing ecosystem, negotiate pricing and delivery, and ensure compliance with FAR/GSAR regulations while maintaining exceptional supplier relationships.
You will oversee CRM workflows, POs, and complex logistics of sourcing critical repair parts, including onsite assessments and repairs. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of purchasing and sourcing experience in industrial/manufacturing
- Knowledge of US government procurement operations, including FAR/GSAR
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint) and ERP familiarity
- Budgeting, cost accounting and financial analysis skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage CRM workflows, purchase orders, and complex logistics of sourcing repair parts
- Coordinate onsite assessments, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs
- Provide contract data requirements reports with accuracy and timeliness
- Represent Phillips in customer meetings, aligning maintenance schedules with emergent needs
