Job summary

Veeam, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing across key spend categories in Seattle. You will partner with business leaders, Category Managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable cost savings, optimize supplier performance, and ensure compliant, high-quality outcomes.

You will own end-to-end sourcing events, negotiate contracts, and drive risk management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sourcing events and supplier negotiations.
• Strong analytics to interpret spend data and supplier performance metrics.
• Ability to influence decisions and manage contracts end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to develop and execute sourcing strategies.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events (RFPs/RFQs, negotiations, bids).
• Conduct market research, supplier assessments, and benchmarking analyses.
• Evaluate supplier proposals and present recommendations.
• Build strong supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement.
