Job summary

Veeam Software, Inc. is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing initiatives across key spend categories and partner with business leaders to deliver measurable results.

You will influence purchasing decisions, optimize supplier performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance and long-term value. You will steer end-to-end sourcing processes, manage supplier relationships, and mentor Buyers to drive continuous improvement within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or related field.
• Experience leading sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Strong analytical skills with spend data interpretation and supplier metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies with stakeholders and Category Managers.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events (RFPs, RFQs, negotiations, bids).
• Conduct market research, supplier assessments, and benchmarking analyses.
• Evaluate proposals, analyze bids, and present recommendations to decision-makers.
• Build strong supplier relationships to drive performance and innovation.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to secure value and quality outcomes.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle: drafting, execution, renewals, amendments, closeout.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and business teams to manage risks.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and supplier programs.
