Veeam, the Data and AI Trust Company, seeks a Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing initiatives, partnering with business leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver measurable results across key spend areas. You will influence purchasing decisions, optimize supplier performance, mitigate risk, and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or a related discipline in a multinational context.
• Experience leading sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract management activities.
• Strong analytical skills with spend data interpretation and market intelligence.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management across key spend categories.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing events including RFPs/RFQs, negotiations, and competitive bidding.
• Develop market research, supplier assessments and benchmarking to inform decisions.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements and contracts lifecycle.
