Spectrum Brands, Inc. in Middleton, WI is seeking a Sourcing Manager to own category sourcing strategy and supplier relationships across Home Appliances and Personal Care.

You will drive cost, quality, delivery, and supplier risk, partnering with Product Development, Quality, Finance, Marketing, and regional teams to bring products to market. The role requires 5+ years in global sourcing, strong negotiation, data analytics, and a track record of leading supplier improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or supply chain experience in a global environment.
• Experience owning categories, negotiating commercial terms, supporting new product launches, and managing global suppliers.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsabilités

• Own category sourcing plans and supplier relationships; lead negotiations for cost, tooling, terms, surcharges, and other commercial terms.
• Lead sourcing work for new products from supplier selection through launch; evaluate suppliers on cost, quality, capability, capacity and risk.
• Drive cost improvement and avoidances using data on commodity, currency, tariffs, freight, and total costs; maintain supplier data in SAP.
• Use AI and automation to improve sourcing processes, identify manual work to automate, and build/validate AI-enabled workflows.
