Job summary

Spectrum Brands is seeking a Senior Sourcing Professional to drive strategic supplier development and material strategies across Global Home Care & Global Pet Care units. You will lead projects to improve material performance, reduce total costs, and support cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and finance.

The role requires 5+ years in supplier management or global sourcing, with SAP/ERP proficiency and strong negotiation, communication, and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, supply chain or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supplier management, global sourcing, or related areas.
• Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new sources of materials and services to meet business needs.
• Manage/Lead commodity categories up to $30M in spend.
• Evaluate existing suppliers and optimize the supply base to reduce costs and improve capability.
• Support NPD/EPD projects to deliver best value and innovative products.
• Lead internal improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Provide analytical and financial support for supply strategies and outsourcing decisions.
• Manage supplier relationships to meet objectives and ensure quality and delivery.
