Job summary

Spectrum Brands, Inc. in St. Louis is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing leader to drive supplier management for Global Home Care and Global Pet Care. You will identify new sources and build strategic supplier relationships to support growth and profitability.

You will lead commodity strategies, manage spend, and collaborate with operations, marketing and finance to achieve EBITDA and cash flow targets, while guiding commercial agreements and cost reduction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, technical field or related fields required.
• 5+ years experience in supplier management, global sourcing, commodity management, or related areas.
• Working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems preferred.
• Up to 25% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new sources of materials and services to meet business needs.
• Manage/Lead commodity categories up to $30M in spend.
• Evaluate suppliers and optimize the supply base for cost and capability.
• Support NPD/EPD projects and develop internal improvement initiatives.
• Provide cross-functional support and clear communication across the company.
• Lead strategic supplier relationships and ensure on-time quality and delivery.
