Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Sourcing Manager to drive category management and strategic sourcing for vendor engagements within Bank Vendor Management. You will lead cross-functional teams, conduct RFx events, and negotiate favorable terms with senior stakeholders across business units.

Responsibilities include economic analysis, risk assessment for fintech and crypto vendors, and close collaboration with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Information Security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; supply chain, technology, fintech, digital assets or financial services is a plus.
• 5+ years in category management, strategic sourcing, or vendor management.
• Experience sourcing digital assets, crypto, blockchain infrastructure or fintech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the strategic sourcing lifecycle for vendor engagements.
• Develop and maintain category management plans with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct RFx events to identify vendors and negotiate favorable pricing/terms.
• Provide economic analysis and risk assessments for vendor proposals.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Information Security, and Finance.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and controls are followed across programs.
