Qualificações

• 5+ years in strategic sourcing or related field.
• Proven ability to lead complex sourcing projects.
• Strong quantitative skills on proposals and spend data.
• Experience with contracts, SOWs, risk reviews.
• Excellent communication to senior decision-makers.
• Experience using generative AI tools in workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end sourcing engagements from intake to contract execution.
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, rate structures, service levels, renewals, and other terms.
• Partner with Legal, Security, P2P, Finance, and stakeholders to structure agreements.
• Analyze spend, supplier concentration, demand patterns, benchmarks, and market dynamics to identify savings and opportunities.
• Build business cases and executive-ready recommendations with trade-offs and risk.
• Manage multiple strategic workstreams in an async-first environment.
• Design AI-enabled workflows to reduce admin work and increase strategy capacity.
