Job summary

QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Category Sourcing Manager to lead strategic procurement across electrical, IT, facilities, and data center projects. You will develop and execute category plans, drive spend analyses and supplier negotiations to optimize total cost of ownership.

In this role you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, manage RFI/RFP processes, and guide cross-functional teams through complex sourcing events in a fast-paced data center environment.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement or Supply-Chain.
• Experience in contract development, execution, negotiation and management.
• Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders to gather category requirements and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead category management activities to achieve business objectives and savings targets.
• Develop supplier profiles and strategies for data center spend categories.
• Coordinate facilities purchasing across a national portfolio of data centers.
