Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead and execute the most difficult purchasing projects, including capital and expense items, as well as services. You will develop sources, write bid specifications, issue requests for quotes, and review quotations to optimize total cost of ownership for UDX, coordinating with stakeholders and legal.

You will supervise Sourcing Specialists in the future, collaborate with internal partners, and ensure timely purchase orders and on-time

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in Sourcing and Procurement of specialized/technical commodities.
• Advanced MS Excel analytics and ability to interpret data from multiple sources.
• Experience with computerized purchasing systems and supplier management.
• Strong negotiation, math, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Research sources and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best terms and TCO.
• Lead competitive bid process, organize bids, evaluate proposals, and award contracts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and legal to optimize value and timelines.
• Supervise and mentor Sourcing Specialists as the team grows.
