Margaritaville Resort Orlando is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Purchasing to lead procurement operations across our hospitality portfolio, including resorts, vacation homes, F&B, and corporate facilities. You will shape sourcing strategies, manage vendor partnerships, and drive cost efficiencies to support operational excellence.

Partnering with Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership, you will oversee Purchasing, Shipping, and Receiving, align purchases with budgets,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive purchasing/ procurement leadership.
• Proven contract negotiation and supplier management experience.
• Strong budgeting, analytics, and cost-saving capabilities.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Finance, and Engineering.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sourcing and procurement strategies.
• Oversee daily Purchasing, Shipping, and Receiving operations.
• Review and approve department requisitions with budget alignment.
• Ensure purchases comply with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor procurement performance and provide reporting insights.
