Coinbase is hiring a Senior Sourcing Analyst to lead strategic sourcing across third-party services, delivering savings and reducing risk. You will own end-to-end engagements across CX BPO, marketing, and professional services, partnering with Legal, Security/TPRM, and P2P to structure deals.

You will build business cases, drive category insights, and design AI-enabled workflows to increase efficiency and impact for the Finance team.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.
Experience managing complex sourcing projects with multi-stakeholder negotiations.
Experience performing quantitative analysis on vendor proposals and spend data.
Familiarity with S2P systems like Zip and Ironclad and working with contracts/SOWs.
Proven ability to work asynchronously and deliver actionable recommendations.
Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsabilités

Own end-to-end sourcing for complex services engagements across CX BPO, marketing, professional services, and corporate functions, from intake through RFx, evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution.
Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, SLAs, renewals, termination rights, and key terms with Legal, Security/TPRM, P2P, and stakeholders.
Drive category insights by analyzing spend patterns, supplier concentration, demand signals, and market dynamics.
Build business cases and decision support materials that articulate trade-offs, risks, and recommended actions.
Design and adopt AI-enabled workflows to offload admin work and free capacity for strategy and negotiation.
