Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Sourcing Analyst to lead strategic sourcing across our third-party services portfolio, including CX BPO, consulting, marketing, and corporate functions. You will own a broad pipeline, drive negotiations, and partner cross-functionally to realize savings and reduce risk.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows and human oversight, with quarterly in-person surges for collaboration. Remote-first, hybrid in-person sessions in Austin, TX, and other locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or a related function.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex sourcing projects and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
• Experience performing quantitative analysis on vendor proposals, pricing models, benchmarks, and spend data.
• Familiarity with S2P systems (Zip, Ironclad) and comfort working with contracts, redlines, SOWs, and order forms with Legal.
• Track record of operating effectively in an async-first environment and clearly structured recommendations.
• Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sourcing for complex services engagements across CX BPO, consulting, marketing, people/benefits, and compliance.
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, SLAs, renewals, and terms with Legal, Security/TPRM, P2P, and stakeholders.
• Drive category-level insights from spend patterns and market dynamics to identify consolidation and better outcomes.
• Build business cases and decision materials outlining risks, trade-offs, and recommendations.
• Design AI-enabled workflows to reduce admin work and free capacity for strategy and negotiation.
