Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Sourcing Analyst to lead strategic sourcing across its third-party services portfolio within the Finance team. You will own a broad pipeline of sourcing engagements, drive negotiations, and partner with Legal, Security/TPRM, P2P, and business stakeholders to reduce risk and improve spend management.

You will design AI-enabled workflows to streamline intake, create first-draft artifacts, and report status, freeing time for strategy and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or related function.
• Experience sourcing services categories such as BPO, marketing, or professional services.
• Ability to manage complex sourcing projects and multi-stakeholder negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sourcing for complex services engagements across multiple categories.
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, SLAs, renewals, and terms with cross-functional partners.
• Drive insights from spend patterns and market dynamics to identify consolidation and better outcomes.
• Build business cases and decision materials for stakeholders and leadership.
