Job summary

Mendocino Farms is seeking a Manager, Strategic Sourcing – Operational Goods & Services to lead sourcing strategies across multi-unit restaurants. You’ll partner with operations, facilities and brand teams, and manage supplier relationships to support delicious food and joyful guest experiences.

You will drive end-to-end sourcing events, assess market dynamics, and collaborate to ensure quality, consistency and cost optimization while traveling up to 20% to support initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of operational goods & services sourcing management experience in multi-unit restaurants.
• Ability to lead sourcing and supply chain projects from concept through execution.
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills with proactive solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted sourcing partner with category management and supplier strategy.
• Build and refine category management and sourcing strategies for ops supplies and services.
• Mitigate supply chain risks to ensure goods and services availability.
• Analyze pricing benchmarks and market dynamics to balance quality and cost.
• Lead supplier onboarding and relationship management to meet quality standards.
• Develop and manage annual sourcing calendars and cross-functional execution.
• Drive end-to-end sourcing events, from bids to financial analysis to recommendations.
• Collaborate to align sourcing decisions with guest experience and brand goals.
