Job summary

Mendocino Farms is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the Facilities Team and ensure safety, maintenance, and efficiency across all locations. Reporting to the Director of Facilities, you will oversee vendor evaluation, repair coordination, and capital projects while coaching a team to achieve targets.

Ideal candidates will have multi-unit facilities experience, a relevant degree or RFMA certification, and strong proficiency in MS Office and Procore.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of multi-unit facilities and project management required.
• Multi-Unit Restaurant experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or RFMA CRFP/trade school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers and ensures rapid flow and completion of work orders via Ecotrak CMMS.
• Coordinate and approve repair, maintenance, and capital expenditures within guidelines.
