GE HealthCare seeks a Product Sourcing Leader for the Maternal Infant Care modality to define and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies, partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure a resilient, cost-competitive supplier base.

The role drives supplier performance, risk mitigation, localization, and continuity, leading negotiations, contracts, and roadmaps that support both new product development and installed-base portfolios in a

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (see required qualifications).
Experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or supply chain leadership.
Proven track record in developing and executing sourcing strategies.
Experience leading supplier negotiations and cost/supply improvements.
Knowledge of supplier contracts and commercial terms.
Experience managing supplier performance and resolving complex challenges.

Define and execute sourcing strategies for the Maternal Infant Care product line.
Lead supplier negotiations, contracting, and total landed cost optimization.
Develop sourcing roadmaps focused on cost, quality, delivery, and resiliency.
Drive productivity and cost-out initiatives through value engineering and bidding.
