Job summary

You will shape sourcing strategy, lead supplier negotiations, and drive cost productivity while ensuring continuity and risk mitigation across a global supplier base.

The role requires a strong background in electronics sourcing, supplier relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, SBUs, Quality, and Program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering with supply chain or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in sourcing electronic components / semiconductors.
• Proven experience in supplier management, negotiations, and strategy deployment.
• Strong business and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Supplier Management: Develop and execute sourcing strategy for active components (semiconductors, ICs, FPGAs, power devices, memory).
• Commercial Leadership & Negotiations: Lead strategic negotiations with key suppliers, execute RFQ/RFP processes, and drive cost productivity.
