Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Category Manager for Juices to strategically source, purchase and manage raw materials, ensuring quality, service and cost objectives are met while aligning with company strategy and values.

You will identify strategic suppliers, monitor markets, drive value with internal clients, develop sourcing plans, negotiate contracts and manage new launches to support North American beverage production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in procurement, supply chain, business, operations or related field required.
• Five years of procurement experience, preferably in food/beverage manufacturing.
• Experience in juice, fruit ingredients, or agricultural commodities procurement.
• Experience with supplier negotiations in international markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and select strategic juice concentrate suppliers and maintain key relationships.
• Monitor fruit and vegetable markets and seasonality to respond to market changes.
• Drive value through innovation and collaboration with suppliers and internal customers.
• Provide regular commodity updates for sales teams.
• Develop sourcing plans to reduce costs and meet internal requirements.
• Negotiate and implement contractual arrangements aligned with Refresco policy.
• Manage new project launches and source new juice concentrates as needed.
• Track consumption and demand to ensure adequate contracted volumes.
• Prepare annual budgets for commodities and identify cost savings opportunities.
