Job summary

Harvest Hill Beverage Company, based in Stamford, CT, is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead ingredients sourcing across flavors and juices. This role partners with internal teams to secure cost-efficient, high-quality materials and maintain supply continuity.

The successful candidate will negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance, and drive cross-functional cost savings initiatives while working in a fast-paced consumer products environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of purchasing or procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Experience sourcing ingredients (flavors, colors, juices) is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ingredient markets and provide pricing insights.
• Lead sourcing events (RFIs, RFQs, RFPs) and negotiate terms.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance.
• Ensure supply continuity and mitigate risks with contingency plans.
• Maintain procurement records and work with ERP systems.
