National Beverage Corp. is seeking a strategic, commercially driven Vice President, Ingredient Purchasing to lead procurement, supplier management, and supply planning for all beverage ingredients.

This executive role develops sourcing strategies, negotiates key agreements, and ensures reliable supply for HFCS, concentrates, sweeteners, acids, flavors, colorants, juices, CO2, and other ingredients. The position is based full-time at the headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, FL, requiring senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years in ingredient purchasing, procurement, or supply chain leadership.
• Minimum 8 years leading procurement/supply chain teams.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. soft drink bottling industry and beverage manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for beverage ingredient categories.
• Lead supplier selection, RFPs, contract negotiations, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Monitor ingredient markets and forecast cost trends to mitigate volatility.
• Negotiate supply agreements, pricing programs, and service-level requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align demand planning and procurement priorities.
• Establish supplier scorecards and drive supplier performance reviews.
• Oversee inbound transportation and logistics to optimize cost and service.
