Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years category management / strategic sourcing experience in Industrial Construction and Facilities Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of program or project management experience in a cross functional environment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance – budgeting, cash flow, P/L statements, balance sheets.
• Strong experience with construction cost estimating and budgeting as well as working with raw material / market indices and determining fair purchase prices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects for Industrial Construction and Facilities Maintenance categories.
• Develop and socialize category roadmaps and supplier performance dashboards.
• Negotiate favorable terms and manage vendor relationships across multiple business units.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk Management and Finance to ensure compliant contracts and risk controls.
• Present findings and savings opportunities to senior leadership.
