Job summary

Ross Stores in Dublin, CA is seeking a Manager of Store Fixture Installations and Capital Projects to lead a team of project leads and coordinators in planning and executing store fixture installations and capital projects.

You will collaborate with Store Planning, Construction, IT, and operations, manage vendor relationships and budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, with high service levels for Stores.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of leadership and project management experience, preferably in a retail setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to successfully influence and drive results through cross-functional partnerships.
• Strong customer focus. Anticipates customer needs and improves processes.
• Strong knowledge of store operations, fixtures, and installation processes.
• Experience with budgeting, monthly forecasts, reporting, and SOX compliance.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Leads and Coordinators to complete fixtures and capital projects on time and on budget.
• Coordinate with Store Planning, Design, Construction, IT, and other partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee vendor management, bidding, pricing analysis, and contract awards.
• Develop annual store capital budgets, approve monthly forecasts, and secure funding as needed.
• Travel to Ross and dd's stores to monitor quality and delivery of fixtures and projects.
• Communicate project status to Stores and leadership; manage vendor performance and relationships.
