Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in a real estate, construction, or engineering environment.
• Project administration experience preferred.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain PDSL site information and manage project documentation.
• Process pay applications and change orders for construction and capital projects.
• Assist with vendor contract administration, including tracking and compliance.
• Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and consultants.
• Maintain and update project planners reflecting schedules and milestones.
• Support lease administration activities and document packaging for REC review.
• Coordinate meetings across all project phases including land acquisition and closeout.
• Develop project presentations and status updates for leadership.
