Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking an experienced Corporate Properties professional to lead facilities operations, service delivery, and analytics for our Dublin, CA campus. You will drive space utilization, vendor performance, and budget controls while partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize workplace services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of facilities, workplace operations, or property management experience.
• Experience coordinating outsourced vendors in high-volume corporate environments.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, written and communication skills with ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret operational and financial data and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Operations & Service Delivery: monitor work orders, analyze trends, report to site leaders.
• Manage Vendor & Contract Support: ensure scope adherence, COIs, rates, and performance scores; support RFPs.
• Handle Budgeting & Financial Controls: track OPEX/CAPEX, validate invoices, maintain cost logs.
• Develop Data, Reporting & Analytics: build dashboards for SLA, tickets, spend, and space utilization.
• Support Compliance & Risk: assist with OSHA/ADA compliance and audits.
• Lead Vendor Management: ensure routines are completed and drive improvements.
• Engage Stakeholders: provide updates to Ross Associates and cross-functional teams.
