Job summary

TruStage Insurance Agency, LLC is seeking a procurement professional to lead sourcing and contracting activities, partner with stakeholders, and drive cost-effective, policy-compliant purchasing across the organization in a hybrid work environment in the United States. The role emphasizes supplier performance, standardization, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years related work experience in Purchasing.
• Demonstrated expert team facilitation, influencing, and communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of purchasing and basic understanding of supply chain management.
• Ability to manage entire order to payment process.
• Strong interpersonal skills; Able to forge internal customer/external supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RFx, guides supplier selection process, and executes contracting process.
• Work to minimize the total cost of transactions and help to transition more spend to strategic categories over time.
• Leverage existing sourcing strategies for spend categories as appropriate.
• Ensure that all purchases adhere to policies and procedures.
• Uphold internal and external policies, regulations and laws.
• Drive best practices across processes and procedures; identify ideas to improve processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement category strategies.
