Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years in Procurement Operations, Excellence, Transformation, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, NetSuite, Jira, and related tools.
Responsibilities
- Design and continuously improve procurement operating procedures and workflows.
- Lead procurement transformation and implement roadmaps.
- Develop dashboards and reporting for procurement performance.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, Legal and other functions.
