Job summary

Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a Hardware, Telecom & Reseller Strategic Sourcing Leader to build and scale a modern procurement function that supports enterprise growth, supplier governance, and value creation across hardware, telecom, and reseller categories.

The successful candidate will lead category strategies, supplier negotiations, and governance practices while partnering with business stakeholders to transform procurement and enable data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement.
• Experience with hardware, telecom, reseller, carrier, or managed services.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing across hardware, telecom, reseller management, and services.
• Develop category strategies and governance aligned to enterprise goals.
• Conduct market analysis, supplier assessments, and sourcing events.
• Negotiate commercial terms and drive value creation.
• Partner with IT, Facilities, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders.
