Qualifications

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel, ERP systems, and spend management tools.
• Problem-solving, planning, and multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze spend, market trends, and supplier landscapes to identify opportunities.
• Identify, assess, select, and build supplier relationships, monitor performance.
• Lead contract negotiations, manage RFPs/RFQs, ensure favorable terms.
• Implement strategies to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Develop improvements for sourcing, logistics, and inventory processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align sourcing strategies.
• Utilize data analytics, ERP systems, and AI tools for informed decisions.
