Job summary

Enterprise Products Partners L.P. in Houston, Texas seeks a Senior Sourcing Specialist to develop and manage strategic agreements for materials, services, and equipment across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Finance to optimize cost, mitigate risk, and ensure supply continuity. The role requires 5+ years in sourcing/procurement, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and the ability to drive supplier consolidation and value creation in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of sourcing, procurement, or category management experience.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiation.
• Knowledge of pricing structures and negotiation strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate sourcing opportunities through spend, market, and business analysis.
• Lead RFx events and contract negotiations.
• Evaluate supplier proposals and provide award recommendations based on total cost of ownership (TCO).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and strategic suppliers.
• Lead supplier performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Safety, and Finance to develop new agreements and amendments.
• Manage contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, redlining, and interpreting contractual terms.
