Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategic sourcing and contract management.
• Experience leading competitive RFP/RFQ/RFI events.
• Strong knowledge of contract terms, risk, SLAs, and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, including spend analysis, market research, supplier identification, and sourcing strategy development for high-value and high-risk categories
• Plan and manage competitive RFP, RFQ, and RFI events from scope development through evaluation, negotiation, and award recommendations
• Develop and apply evaluation criteria, scoring models, and negotiation strategies to secure total cost of ownership
• Own and manage a portfolio of active contracts totaling roughly $2 million in annual expenditure; track terms, renewals, obligations, and milestones
• Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms; manage amendments, renewals, and terminations
• Maintain contract repository and reporting in Workday; ensure data accuracy and audit readiness
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define requirements and align sourcing with goals
• Monitor supplier performance and lead resolution of issues
• Identify and deliver cost savings and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with policy, regulations, and sponsor requirements
• Serve as SME and mentor to Buyers on sourcing and Workday processes
• Support Workday procurement optimization as a super-user or contributor
