Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory is seeking a Senior Sourcing Leader to drive end-to-end strategic sourcing and contract management. You will manage a portfolio of ~150 active contracts and lead high-value sourcing initiatives with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include RFP design, evaluation, negotiations, and optimizing Workday procurement processes; mentorship to Buyers and staff; and ensuring policy compliance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in procurement/ sourcing.
• Experience with Workday procurement/contract modules preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives for high-value categories.
• Plan and manage competitive RFP, RFQ, and RFI events from scope to award.
• Develop evaluation criteria, scoring models, and negotiation strategies.
• Own and manage a portfolio of ~150 active contracts totaling ~$2 million annual spend.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms with Legal/Finance and stakeholders.
• Maintain contract repository and reporting in Workday; ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
