Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory Inc. seeks a Procurement Business Systems Lead to support, maintain, and improve Workday-based procurement data and processes. You will ensure accuracy across supplier records, POs, and documents while coordinating with IT on system updates and enhancements.

The role requires 5+ years in data management and experience with Workday or similar ERP systems, with strong MS Office skills. On-site role in Woodbury, NY with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' data management/transaction processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain supplier data in Workday with accuracy.
• Liaise with IT on Workday issues and system updates for Procurement.
• Support RFx events, system setup, and documentation.
• Scan/upload procurement records per procedures.
• Update vendor profiles and collect required forms.
• Manage punch-out supplier relationships and quarterly reviews.
• Assist with invoice match exceptions and data inquiries.
• Monitor open purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Serve as primary Workday liaison for Lab community.
