HNL Lab Medicine is seeking a Sourcing and Contract Specialist to drive procurement, strategic sourcing and contract management across the organization. You will source products, lead RFPs/RFIs/RFQs, and negotiate favorable terms while collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and Finance to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory alignment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in sourcing/contract management, with proficiency in ERP systems, Workday, and contract management tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or contract management.
• Experience leading sourcing events and negotiations; ERP/contract systems knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Support procurement, sourcing, and contract management activities across the organization.
• Lead RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs and evaluate supplier proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and supplier agreements within authority.
• Review, negotiate, execute, amend, renew, and terminate contracts.
• Maintain contract records and monitor renewal dates.
• Generate reports on purchasing, contracts, supplier performance, and savings initiatives.
• Support audits and continuous improvement of procurement processes.
