Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to drive strategic procurement and contracts management across facilities operations. Remote work options span multiple U.S. locations including Houston, TX and Charlotte, NC.

You will manage RFPs, negotiate supplier agreements, maintain vendor data, and prepare spend/savings reports while ensuring compliance with federal procurement policies. A bachelor's degree and 3–7 years' relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of professional procurement experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel and Access.
• Knowledge of SpendHQ and Corrigo are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of sourcing and vendor management with high transaction volume.
• Lead RFP process, evaluate proposals, and negotiate prices.
• Maintain contracts, vendor databases, and spend analyses.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on spend and savings.
• Ensure compliance with FAR and government/public entity procurement.
