Job summary

JLL is seeking a sourcing professional to support Integrated Facilities Management and internal stakeholders in optimizing services operations and sourcing strategies. You will lead cross-functional teams through RFXs, analyze markets, and ensure compliance with policies to deliver client value.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of sourcing or related experience, with strong communication and analytical skills. Remote work options exist within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing, supply chain or related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience developing and negotiating supplier contracts.
• Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate pricing structures.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Google Suite and AI platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Integrated Facilities Management clients and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional sourcing events (RFXs) and supplier evaluations.
• Collaborate with Sourcing Leader to prioritize deliverables and ensure client satisfaction.
• Perform market trend analyses and report insights to stakeholders in client-ready form.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and risk management programs.
