Responsibilities

• Provide support for Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver market, supplier, and operational intelligence for services operations; lead field resources for initiatives.
• Support client FM account teams and supply chain projects.
• Be SME in JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive client benefits.
• Perform market trend analyses and report to stakeholders.
• Coordinate regional and national program implementation and communications.
• Support Category Management supplier performance programs.
• Guide RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes for teams.
• Manage expectations with internal and external customers.
