Job summary

JLL is seeking a procurement professional to support Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients across our services operations. The role focuses on delivering supplier and market intelligence, coordinating field resources, and driving strategic sourcing initiatives to benefit clients.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in strategic sourcing, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. This position can operate across multiple U.S. locations with remote capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with relevant experience in strategic sourcing or related field.
• Experience leading procurement or sourcing initiatives in decentralized environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Project management or business transition experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver market, supplier and operational intelligence for services operations.
• Lead field resources for strategic initiatives to benefit the client.
• Support client FM account teams and JLL sourcing strategies and programs.
• Participate with client and internal teams to drive measurable benefits.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing policies and contracting procedures.
