Hines is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities for a major commercial office portfolio. You will develop strategies, run competitive procurements, and partner with diverse teams to align requirements with financial objectives and client expectations.

You will drive governance, oversee supplier performance, and mentor team members while shaping scalable procurement processes across operations and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Seven+ years of progressively responsible experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, property management, finance, contract administration, or related disciplines.
• Experience independently leading complex sourcing initiatives and negotiating high‑value or critical service agreements.
• Experience with supplier compliance and risk management platforms such as Achilles or GRMS preferred.
• Certifications (not required) are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities for operational services, engineering, and capital projects.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with portfolio priorities, requirements, financial objectives, and client expectations.
• Manage complex competitive procurement events including RFPs, RFQs, and contract renewals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements and establish sourcing priorities.
• Prepare executive-grade sourcing analyses and bid‑waiver justifications for approvals.
