Job summary

Chain IQ is seeking a strategic sourcing leader to drive end-to-end procurement across Real Estate, Facilities Management, Construction, MRO, and related Corporate Services. You will translate business objectives into innovative sourcing strategies and manage competitive events, negotiations, and contracts.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, develop governance, and deliver measurable value through savings, risk mitigation, and supplier performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics or related discipline.
• 4+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or commercial management experience with focus on Real Estate and Corporate Services.
• Experience sourcing and negotiating Real Estate, Facilities Management, Construction, Workplace Services, MRO, or related service agreements.
• Proven ability to lead complex sourcing events (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, etc.) and negotiate contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across Real Estate, Facilities Management, Construction, MRO, Workplace Services, and related Corporate Services categories.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing events including supplier engagement, evaluation, negotiation, and award recommendations.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize Statements of Work (SOWs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
• Build long-term supplier relationships and monitor market trends to support category strategies.
• Identify cost savings and process improvements through benchmarking and spend analysis.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance standards.
