Job summary

Hines is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing across a major commercial office portfolio in the United States. You will negotiate high-value contracts, manage supplier risk, and guide cross-functional teams from strategy to award.

The role requires strategic judgment, leadership, and strong financial acumen to deliver savings and improvements across procurement programs. Excellent communication with senior stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Supply Chain, Finance, or Engineering.
• Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or contract management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement for operational services, engineering, and capital projects.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with portfolio priorities and client expectations.
• Manage complex competitive procurement events including RFPs, RFQs, and information requests.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and risk allocations with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-level award recommendations and bid analyses for approval.
• Coordinate with Legal and Contract Administration to translate sourcing outcomes into enforceable agreements.
• Mentor less-experienced team members and drive governance improvements.
