Job summary

Kelly Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Manager for IT & Professional Services to lead 3-month contract-to-hire engagements, onsite in Colorado. You will drive strategic sourcing, SOW creation, rate analysis, and AI-enabled spend optimization.

Collaborate across IT, Legal, and Finance; manage RFx events, vendor consolidation, and SLA governance while leveraging ServiceNow, LEAH CLM, and other CLM tools. Strong negotiation, data analysis, and AI literacy are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
8–10 years of direct work experience in strategic sourcing and negotiations.
Experience with IT and Professional Services sourcing.
Familiarity with SOWs, T&M engagements, and staff augmentation.
Proficiency in contract lifecycle tools (ServiceNow, LEAH CLM, etc.).
Ability to analyze large data sets and identify trends.

Responsibilities

Formulate end-to-end strategic sourcing plans across IT and Professional Services.
Lead and audit AI-driven workflow agents and metadata outputs.
Manage RFx events and price variance analyses to prevent cost escalations.
Collaborate with Legal and IT Finance to enforce rate-card ceilings.
Consolidate vendor footprints to strategic partners.
