Telnet, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Manager in Englewood, CO to lead IT and Professional Services negotiations and vendor consolidation.

The role uses advanced AI workflow agents to handle tactical tasks, focusing on rogue tail-spend elimination and liability mitigation. The candidate will drive market studies, run RFx events ahead of contract expirations, and collaborate with Legal and IT Finance to enforce rate ceilings and milestone-based payments.

Competenze

8–10 years of strategic sourcing experience in IT and professional services.
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience with CLM tools: ServiceNow, LEAH CLM, SimplifyVMS or ContractPodAI.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills in complex commercial discussions.
Experience directing automated AI workflow agents in procurement.

Mansioni

Formulate and execute end-to-end strategic sourcing plans across IT and Professional Services to secure multi-year agreements.
Supervise digital AI agents by defining extraction parameters and auditing outputs in CLM systems.
Lead category market studies and run RFx events 6–12 months before contract expiration to prevent price increases.
Partner with Legal and IT Finance to identify liabilities and enforce rate-card ceilings and milestone-based payments.
Consolidate vendor footprints to strategic hub partners to optimize spend.
