Job summary

The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years of enterprise sourcing experience, strong financial analytics, and familiarity with AI-enabled procurement workflows and CLM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–10 years of strategic sourcing, negotiations, and business analysis in a large enterprise.
• Extensive IT and Professional Services sourcing experience.
• Experience executing competitive RFx events and price variance analysis.
• Experience using contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools such as ServiceNow, LEAH CLM, SimplifyVMS, or ContractPodAI.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and achieve measurable cost savings or cost avoidance.
• Strong understanding of supplier rate cards, labor-mix models, contract pricing structures, and milestone-based payment terms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end strategic sourcing strategies across IT and Professional Services to secure multi-year supplier agreements.
• Lead complex negotiations with technology vendors and professional services providers to drive cost savings and better terms.
• Manage competitive sourcing events (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs) ahead of renewals to maintain pricing.
• Conduct category market research, supplier assessments, and spend analysis to identify opportunities.
• Review pricing structures and payment terms to ensure competitiveness and compliance with guidelines.
• Partner with Legal, IT Finance, and stakeholders to identify contractual risks and optimize commercial terms.
• Consolidate supplier relationships and reduce fragmented spend by building strategic partnerships.
• Oversee AI-enabled procurement workflows by defining data extraction requirements and validating contract metadata outputs.
