Job summary

Decca Recruiting is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Team Lead to guide strategic sourcing initiatives and lead a small team in Houston. You will manage supplier negotiations, RFx processes, cost modeling, and spend analysis for programs exceeding $100M annually, driving value creation across the business.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in strategic sourcing or related fields, strong leadership, and the ability to partner with technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-8+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or project management.
• Experience with SAP and advanced Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and a small sourcing team.
• Manage supplier negotiations, RFx processes, and cost modeling.
• Conduct spend analysis and run high-value sourcing programs (> $100M).
• Drive value creation and cost savings across the organization.
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders and leadership.
